I found this Burbank Florist randomly off the Internet. I ordered a large arrangement for a friend who just lost their mother the night before. I found out she was being buried the next day and sent them an email, asking them to deliver before the service. I wanted to be sure they would be home to receive it. Not only did they deliver it early, but it was more beautiful than their website photo. I highly recommend this florist for their beautiful design, but also for the great customer service they provided. I’m very thankful I chose Samuels.

Samuel's Florist = Exceptional Quality & Customer Service I ordered a vase of a half dozen red roses to be delivered to my wife at work for her birthday. Donna Smith called me early that morning to make sure they would be delivered at just the right time. Not only was the quality amazing, as you can see from the picture my wife took at her desk. The customer service was incredible. IF you are near burbank and need a florist call up Samuel's Florist and ask for Donna!

We sent flowers to our DD in Burbank. Sitting in VA, we were not sure about any business but called Samuels asking for a discount code. She politely declined and asked to go with a local florist, avoid national ones as they will charge extra. I liked the interaction and placed the order. Flowers were delivered on time and my DD loved it much. 5 stars.

Had a great experience from end to end. It was easy to select and order from a wide variety of options. I received a courtesy call prior to delivery to make sure someone was present to receive the flowers. The Awesomeness Bouquet is stunning - my wife loves them. 100% will order again and am recommending to friends.

They did a beautiful job! Way exceeded my expectations. Their delivery was on time and far more reasonably priced than anyone else in the area! I received emails on the status and even a picture of the bouquet before it was sent out. I highly recommend them!

This is the third time I've ordered something from Samuel's Florist and once again I'm 100% satisfied! The arrangements are always beautiful and I love that I receive a BloomSnap from them to see how the arrangement turned out. Would definitely order from them again. Ordering online was super easy as well.

The arrangement for our beloved family member and ultra Dodger Fan(!) was beautiful. The Dodger Blue flowers went well beyond our expectations - thank you! It was important for us to support a small business with direct communications. After searching online, Samuel's website was very informative, my mom and I decided to call the shop. Donna was so helpful and made us feel cared for and that the arrangement would be a beautiful & thoughtfully considered. The day before the funeral, it was so nice to receive a text image of the flowers in progress. It made us feel that is was being put together with care. Plus we were able to share with our other family members in advance of the service. Thank you for the professionalism and special attention. The floral quality was excellent and their creative expertise was so appreciated. We will definitely will call on them again as needed.

I’m from Orlando, FL and wanted to send flowers to my best friend in North Hollywood, CA. This was my first time ordering flower delivery, so I spent a couple of hours researching a florist that wasn’t a third-party website or middleman service. I was honestly nervous about getting scammed, the flowers not being delivered on time (or at all), or the quality not meeting expectations. Rest assured, my experience was smooth from start to finish, and I’m glad I found this florist so you don’t have to look any further. This is not a middleman site. While it may not be a traditional walk-in shop, I felt confident that whatever bouquet I chose would be beautifully arranged. I was a bit indecisive at first because all the options looked gorgeous, but I ultimately chose the “We Do It Right – Designer’s Choice” arrangement. It fit my budget perfectly, and I trusted the florist’s creative design. It also includes a free card message, but I added on the antique stationery letter upgrade. The florist handwrote my message, which added such a thoughtful, personal touch. On the day of delivery, I received a text with photos of the completed bouquet. I wasn’t expecting that at all, and it was such a nice surprise. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The communication throughout the process gave me peace of mind, especially seeing exactly what would be delivered and knowing when it arrived. Overall, this experience made me feel confident that this is a legitimate and reliable florist that truly cares about quality and customer service.
